U-Maplocator

The U-MapLocator system is a complete position determination tool. It is made up of two parts:

• LocAdmin is used to administer U-MapLocator. Coordinates (longitude/latitude) are sought using an address listing. The coordinates found are then listed in a table.  Representation on a map enables you to check and then manually correct any potential errors. Finally, synchronisation enables you to update MapLocator.

• Maplocator is a search tool enabling filtered references to be positioned on a map on the basis of predefined criteria. The search is carried out using a form (e.g. establishment name, address, category etc.). An ergonomic interface also enables you to select a region as a criterion directly on a map of Belgium. Foreign maps are available on request. The results can be accessed in a list and there is the option of displaying each result precisely on a Google map.
