Uchrony at a glance

Created in 1997 by three database specialists and a media communication professional, Uchrony is a Brussels-based SME specialising in the creation of websites associated with databases.  This specialisation enabled it, from the outset, to be one of the first companies in Belgium to offer content management solutions, even when the acronym CMS was yet to be dreamt up.

In a little over 12 years, it has demonstrated its expertise in processing and creating data interfaces for customers such as media agencies, companies in the retail and distribution industry, finance companies as well as establishments dealing with social sciences.
Uchrony currently employs 17 people full time and regularly works with freelances to boost its team if necessary. 

Our core business is creating websites, intranets and extranets, as well as back-office tools enabling these things to be kept up-to-date simply and effectively.

We also offer a range of services based around these applications:

• Hosting and maintenance for the servers that the applications are installed on
• Maintenance of the applications themselves
• Security management (from an infrastructure and applications point of view)
• Search engine optimisation (SEO)

 

Over the years, Uchrony has also acquired expertise in the integration of open source solutions such as Joomla, Drupal and DotCMS.
